Cost items
Enter purchase quantity, purchase price, and quantity used. Choose ingredient or direct cost.
Margin = profit ÷ selling price. Add all applicable costs for accurate estimates.
Saved products
Record an order
Change status to Confirmed, Ready, or Delivered to open a short WhatsApp message with the bill/update. Review it and tap Send. Payment received means total collected so far.
Order history
Monthly dashboard
Delivered orders count toward sales and estimated profit. Payment status is separate from delivery status. Cancelled orders with payments need manual refund review.
This is an order-level estimate, not an accounting or tax report. Costs are snapshotted when orders are recorded. Fixed monthly overheads and unrelated expenses are not included.

Records are saved in this browser on this device only. They are not synced to a server. Export frequently; private browsing, browser reset or device loss may delete records.
